• Cardholder’s Account No.	- Student Number
• Contact Details	- Student/Parent Mobile No.
• Other Details	- Pls specify payment for
• Amount	- Pls add P10 for the bank service fee

Please fill up the Cash/Check Transaction Slip with the following data;

Please check Bills Payment

For Payment Posting Validation:

For FCS and Fidelis Online enrollment. Kindly upload your payment slip to the ASTRA System. For outstanding balance, send the following to accounting@firstasia.edu.ph so we can update your account.

Deposit slip or any proof of payment
Complete name of student
Student number
Indicate For Outstanding Balance

For TS transactions. Please send the following abovementioned data to college-accounting@firstasia.edu.ph and indicate if For Enrollment or For Outstanding Balance.

Any and all unused non-school fees shall be credited to the student’s account.

Posting of payments made from Mon-Th - 2 working days
Posting of payments made from Fri-Sun - 3 working days
